Copy Documents to Another Server

Experts,

I need to transfer open item documents (Vendor/Customer) from 1 Server to Another.

Need help on what to do? BDC seems impossible since there are dozens of different screens, Will BAPI work even if the number of documents is 1million?

Y cant u go with ALE-IDOC

The objects from both servers are different (vendor/gl/customer), my client provided me their mapping, they need to be coded, would idoc/ale still work? Im sorry i Have not tried coding anything related with ALE and IDOC

BAPI is the best option if you find one which is suitable. Becuase BDC may cause problem if the screen sequence change in future.

ok ALE/IDOC seems complex and my deadline is a little slim. then BAPI it is, ill wait a little while maybe there are other suggestions then i close my thread, already gave you points
