This enhancement is very well documented in SMOD transaction.

GIve the enhancement name and chose Documentation Radio-Button.

In fact, I want to add a field which is a date. And I want the sales and adjustments (Credit Memos) to be displayed together. Could you please tell me the procedure to do it?
