Conversion of EAN code to SAP CODE

Hello,

I am trying to use a conversion setup through BD66 where I maninatin the EAN conversion from EAN to SAP code, this is not working also using a routine MATNE, I always get the same error message in the IDOC article description is missing.

I am using segment E1EDP19 - EXT MAT.IDNT nr.

This segment is not converting in the IDOC inbound orders from EAN 13 digit to SAP code.

Now I am not sure if the problem is with the way I am processing the IDOC with WE19, which field segments I should use or the conversion setup to activate this to work in the IDOC.

Any help or input is helpfull.

Hello,

in WE19 use the debugging option to see, why you are getting the error.

If you are using custom Idoc FM, set a break point
