Control Framework: Fatal error - GUI cannot be reached

Hi All

While creating Configurable Material master record using the reference material, i am getting the following error "Control Framework: Fatal error - GUI cannot be reached". I have used BDC to create these records.

System: AFS ECC 6.0

It works fine when executed in the foreground but not through background.

Did any one faced this problem?

Why am i getting this?

Any solution?

What will be the transaction code do you using ?

Are you creating material using BDC using background mode? using some fm GUI_UPLOAD ? because error pointing your SAPGui frontend

I am using BDC for creating Materials using Call transaction Method.

I am not using FM "GUI_UPLOAD" since iam taking the file from Apps server

Solved the problem. I used the Sales text view in recording. Do not use the sales text view using BDC, use BAPI
