confirmation query

Dear Gurus,

My requirement is if there is any missing parts in the production order ,CO11n should not be posssible.if Possible system should through some error message like "MISSING PARTS EXISTS-Confirmation not possible".If any body come across this situation Please give the solution.We are trying user exits also,but we are not getting the solution.please help in this regard since it is very urgent in client side

Hi Guna,

I guess it is possible via User-Exit. I have done something similar(Integrated Orders - Parent Child Combination) in 2002 for Production Order Confirmations using transaction CO15. Guess the user-exit can be accessed in both transactions. It was long back so i can not remember the exit name, let me see if i can manage to find it. Please explore on the same.
