To display existing purchase order use transaction: ME23N or ME23.

Hi

Create the Purchase Order using the Transaction ME21N. After creation, you can make changes using ME22N and display the PO using ME23N.

ME21 AND ME21N FOR CREATION OF PURCHASE ORDERS

HI ,

In order to cretae a purchace order u follow simple steps mentioned below...

*U can create a PO by different types by known vendor or unknown vendor with reference to PR ...

*Goto table EKKO and execute it by giving any one company code related to ur project or client.

*select one PO number and goto ME21 transaction there would be a icon called copy by reference give the PO number and save it.

*PO would be creted.

Then u print the PO using the print icon inside the PO.
