Configuration error for workflow

Hi Experts,

I am trying to do a workflow for sending mail after creating a material using the video in the blog . But am getting a dump after executing this .When I try to do some congigurations in SWU3 by clicking perform " automatic workflow customizing " it asks for password and throws some errror . Can any one please elobarate on the configuration steps for using workflow ?

Hi,

Martina try to check config in SCOT and SOST.

If you find trace in that contact you BASIS Person

He will sort it out.

If not try to send mail another way like Try to trigger WOrkflow Programatically

and put send mail step in Workflow Log.
