condition records creation?

How to create condition records in SD??.. (please give overview from a developers point of view) Refer to documents/files or threads if needed...

Check Tcode<b> VK11</b> : Create Condition Records

U can use FM <b>FM IDOC_INPUT_COND_A</b> to do the same also.
