Columns are jumbling

Hi Gurus,

In ALV report, columns are jumbling when i click on print preview in the output and when i want to download the ouput data into word, Columns are jumbling( allignment is irregular).

Please suggest me the solution.

downloading to word will not be good.

better go for excel download wherer you will get the corect alignment.

Hi,

Before going to excel, i clicked print preview in the output, so columns are jumbled. Please suggest me the solution.

hi,

Use function 'LIST_DOWNLOAD' or 'GUI_DOWNLOAD'.

Please check in field catlog whether table name and field name are in CAPS.

If not make it to CAPS.

I checked both field catlog field name and table name are in CAPS.
