CODE_SCANNER t-code functionality

Hi

I need a way to search in all customer development area (Z* packages) to search for a phrase. CODE_SCANNER t-code would do the job, but it is missing in my system 4.7. Anybody knows how to achieve that in other way? What would the program name be?

Program RS_ABAP_SOURCE_SCAN or RPR_ABAP_SOURCE_SCAN depending on release (not sure in 4.7, probably the latter).
