Cluster tables

Hi,

BSEG is a cluster table.I want to write a select statement from this table.But because it is a cluster table select stmt is taking long time to execute.Is there any way by which i can reduct this execution time.

Please use the following Secondary Index tables instead,depending on your requirement.

BSID Accounting: Secondary Index for Customers(Open Items)

BSIK Accounting: Secondary Index for Vendors

BSIM Secondary Index, Documents for Material

BSIS Accounting: Secondary Index for G/L Accounts

BSAD Accounting: Secondary Index for Customers(Cleared Items)

BSAK Accounting: Secondary Index for Vendors(Cleared Items)

BSAS Accounting: Secondary Index for G/L Accounts(Cleared Items)

Hi,

Try to use all the primary keys in WHERE clause also u can create ur own index based on the requirement.
