Dear All,
I have to transfer data from HR system to cProjects. For this, I have created a model view in transaction SALE. Generated partner profile, Distributed the model in R/3 (HR system). After distribution, I can see this model in the cProject system.
Now in order to transfer data, I run PFAL transaction in HR system. I get a message with status 03 (data passed to port OK).
However, I dont get any data in the cProject system. In transaction WE02, I cannot see any Idocs.??

Reema.

Hi Vinsar,
In BD87, I get this error for IDoc entries in tRFC Queue: "No authorization to send IDocs with message type H"
What is the authorization needed?
Which user needs this authorization, the user which I use to run transaction PFAL or the RFC user?
Regards,
Reema.

Hi Reema,
In the We20 transaction - Partner profile select the option button send idocs immediately. This setting will automatically send the idocs to the receiving system. You should see the status 53 if the record is successfully updated in the receiving system

Hi,
u seed u have generated partner profile in HR system...bud u did not say weather u did in cProjects...if u did not do that...your HR system will send but your cProject will not receive it so u generated partner profile in cProject also and transfer the IDOC again...suing WE02 or WE19

hi,
The authorization problem is in the ALE side only, i mean in trfc side.
Try this program RBDMOND to change the status from 03 - 12

Hi all,
The problem has been solved partially. I changed the RFC user with a user having SAP_ALL profile. Now IDocs are being sent sucessfully in the cProject system.
However, I still want to knmow the role/profile needed for sending IDocs with message type H from one system to another.

Reema.

Hi Reema,
In your PartnerProfile check which user name (For Example ALEREMOTE)u have specified.Check Authorization profiles in transaction SU01 (display the user).Ask ur Basis to give SAP_ALL.Normally in production system SAP_ALL should not be given.Basis can understand this. Just try with SAP_ALL and post IDocs then ur work will be done .Ur basis and Functional people will take care of everything.

Hi,
Generally, The error status of this can be modified by using the program RBDMOIND, because it is an Transaction RFC
Debug, this program, and dynamically change the status, or statically do it.
Thanks
