Close Microsoft Pop-up window

Hi Experts,

I want to close the pop-up window (microsoft) which says

"the webpage you are viewing is trying to close the window do you want to close this window" automatically.

Rather I want to disable this option of asking the above message and the browser window should be closed automatically.

Let me know if there is any setting at the browser level or any function module in abap which can help me do the same.

Hello Ajaya,

If you are working on SAP enterprise portal, then you can switch this warning window off by:

Personlise->Global Settings->WorkProtect Mode->choose "Discard Unsaved Data( open page in same window )
