Class Modification Assistant

Hi, I just tried to edit a class I imported from one of the SDN Solutions and it is telling me I need to use the Modification Assistant to make changes. This is a Z Class. What makes the class only modifiable through the Modification Assistant? Is it the "Program Status" Attribute where it says "SAP Standard Production Program"?

In my case.........my last client does hv a Customer Name space Application in their system.......its licensed.........so, when i tried to modify the code.......then,i also got the same message and and i also used Modification Asst. to add my code.........guess, by this SAP notifies the system that, it shud go with other Std. SAP code, in the process of upgradation/packs applying.

So, i guess, in ur case also the same......but, u r saying that, u r imported from SDN???? may b wait for some more replyies from experts.

Thanks, I'm sure it's related to the "Program Status" Attribute being set to "SAP Standard Production Program"...
