cheque printing

Hi All,

I want to print the cheque SAPScript form

vertical instead of horizontal(usual manner).

It this possible?

Guide me.

Transaction SPAD -->Full Administration >Page Formats>create new>Format Types> create n attach ur page format-->save..

For the above, u need to consult ur BASIS fellow for authorisations.

I had made new page format but now it is showing

me that printer does not support.

In SPAD, include the new Page format in the Device Type of the Output Device you are using for printing ur cheque.

1.SPAD-> Full Admin -> Output device

2.(say for ex you are using the Output device LP01)

Double click on the device type(HPL*) assigned to the Output device LP01.

3.Click on the 'Formats' button

4. Create the New format you have used for the cheque

u have to change the printer setting for new page type

Try tcode SPAD and in the printer select

Goto Output Devices. Select ur printer.

Now Set.

Device Type SWIN

Device Class as Standard Printer

In access method give HOST printer as _DEFAULT

or contect to ur basis person he know all the setting of ur printer....

Try to change the layout from PORTRAIT to LANDSCAPE.
