Chat using SAP server

Hi All,

I Have heard that we can caht using SAP server. How to configure this? do we need any components of Netweaver for this? Or an ordinary R3 system is enough? Can i get a step by step solution for this? Kindly revert.

Hi Amit,

Lakshman Tandra's reply about CHAT program is a fresh news for me, but the later reply about that standard program RSSAA_WORKPLACE is not fine, may be, im not aware of that program's usage. Thats why i reopened this thread.
