Characteristic values

Do any one know when to use AUSP and when to use CAWN for retrieving characteristic values?

I will give you a very good advice, as I have almost spent 3-4 days figuring out the about the same question. Infact i was also looking at INOB.

But my suggestion is to use FM <b>VB_BATCH_VALUES_FOR_OUTPUT</b>. That FM will take care of the headache of which table to use.

Hi Aneesh,

But i am not having batch for the material. I am trying to look up the characteristic

values for a particular warranty and for a particular service contract. So i am not able to figure out the logic. Please help.
