Changing Idocs field values

I am new to Idoc monitoring. I have a few Idocs in 51 error status. I need to change some of the field values for the Idoc and requeue the Idoc. I knw the process for requeueing of Idocs but can anyone please tell me how/what TC'S should I use to change field values of the Idocs?

t-code we02 display the idoc

double clik on the segment (inside data record) then goto data record-change

change the values of the idocs

use t-code bd87 to reprocess the idoc

if its inbound, you may change the status of the idoc to 64 using Fm (search by rcidocstatus*), then execute program RBDAPP01 giving idoc no

if its inbound, you may change the status of the idoc to 30 using Fm (search by rcidocstatus*), then execute RSEOUT00 giving idoc number

you mayuse we19 to create a new idoc from ur error idoc

Hi,

Below are the Program to reprocess the Idoc with below statuses.

BD87 is the Process where we can edit the idoc data and process the Idoc Again..

Program RBDMANI2 for status 51 & 52

Program RBDAPP01 for status 64 ,66

Program RBDAGAIE for status 32 and 69 (Edited IDocs)

Program RBDSYNER for status 26

Program RSEOUT00 for status 30

re-process IDocs failing in 29 status, use program RBDAGAIN.

transactions WEINBQUEUE and WEOUTQUEUE to control the individual queues..

WE19 will allow you to create new Idoc from existing Idoc and will let you change the values too.

However this tool (WE19) is typically used in development/testing phase. In production, if you get wrong values in Idoc then probably one of the partner (sending or receiving) have to correct the program logic.

Fill in proper selection criteria and execute (F8).

Click on the segment number (first column) of the record you want to change.

You get a detailed screen showing only the selected record.

In the menu: Data record / Display -> Change

Do your changes, save.

Done.
