Changing default directory path

Hi experts,

I want to download to the local disk, a report list. For this, I can go to System->List->Save->as local file->Save as excel format.

The system, by default in the popup, shows me the path "C:Documents and SettingsmywindowsuserSapWorkDir".

It´s possible to change this path? Where can I do it?

Hi Carles,

its simple..........

Just press the F4 there u will get another small window u can choose the path where ever u need to save the file.

Left side u can find desktop or my computer options choose anyone and place the file over there.

Use transaction SO21 for changing default directory path.

After login press Alt+F12 --> options > local data tab> Directory for local data
