Change Pointer is not working

All,

I am trying to create the IDoc from Chane pointer for Profit centre group.

I switched on the Global change poiner in BD61 & active for message type COGRP6 (Profit centre group - PCG) BD50.

But when I change/create PCG its not creating the change pointer. If I look at table "BDCPV", there is no entry for message type COGRP6.

What i'm missing. Pls help me
