Hi Shyam
I believe you are displaying the item text fields in some template. Can you please check in your smartform how you are displaying the text for the same. Templates haave fixed length

Hi Shyam,
please talk to your abap guys, he will change the width or height of the cells in templates and your problem will sort out.

So you mean to say that it is nothing to do with the PO.. there is a fault in smart form itself... Thanks

Yes that is why you are able to display it when you remove the item level text

Hi Shyam,
you have written " After deleting the text in item level then system showing print preview, its not allowing in any of the item level text fields"
so there must be problem in your smartform itself , can you please paste the screenshot when you have deleted text, what you are seeing in print preview.

Hi Shyam,
what is the sizes of your text, if it is too much then please talk to your abaper and if the texts are dynamically changeable then tell him to create table instead, then he will have to write some logic so that all the text should get wraped properly and in this way you can show larger texts in your smartforms.
If texts may be dynamically changable, and you don't know exact size of it , please ask your abaper to create tables in place of smartforms.

Hi Shyam,
either mark your question as assumed answer, or another way is to choose the correct answer among all the answer, in both case the thread will be closed
