testing in SAP is done by functional experts. They are the ones who are expert in their domains. enerally they have also done MBA or have quite a lot of industry exposure to carry on the rigorous testing.

i think, Its easy to become a developer than a tester in SAP

First of all testing career in SAP is quite good. And switching to development after one year...is totally depends upon you. If you feel you can do well in development then you are always welcome. If you are planning toshift to development field then why not from now itself. Why you are waiting for one year or something.
