C019 problem

Hi expert,

We are not able to create confirmation using C019.. When we press save button it gives "Express document etc etc"

I did chcek workplace .It displays the following

Update was terminated

System ID.... JPF

Client....... 224

User..... PRODA1SW

Transaction.. CO19

Update key... 48B569EA766F1657E1000000AC13E72C

Generated.... 28.08.2008, 07:20:01

Completed.... 28.08.2008, 07:20:01

Error info... L3 551: New quant number exists already. Check your number range

Please help me,

Is it Dump?

No It is not a Dump?

When we save it we get this msg:

"Express document update was terminated received from author proda1sw"

Hi Neha,

It is a dump only. the dump happens in the Update module. Meaning when system is doing some DB operation.

As you can see in your message : you get the error - "Number already exists..."

Somehow you are inserting a record that already exists ... this error is recognized only at the time of Update that's why you don't see a dump on screen but u get a express document instead.

Go to ST22 .. there you will see the dump and much more information about the dump like which statement etc..
