bw system and client

Hi,

can anybody help me with a code or function module that can get me the BW system i am working on along with the client. example: BW development, BW Production etc.

If you need to know the system id and the client at runtime in your program, the values are system values.

SY-SYSID = System Id

SY-MANDT = Client

hi,

Programatically SY-SYSID fetches you the system ID and SY-MANDT fetches you the client of BW or R/3 System as Rich has already answered.....
