BOM-Routing-Material Upload

Hi,

Anyoone who has worked with BOm Upload,Routing Upload or material Upload.We are going about like making Zscreens and later gonna upload Data.LSMW is ruled out because of complexity.I think BAPI will not help us as we are using Z Screens and Mostly wil have to go with BDCs.Is there anyone who dealt with similar issue.How to Go about?
