How can i find the link between material and documents?documents to documents and bom-documents?

use MAST and STKO, STPO tables to link Material and the BOM

I want to find the link and want to update the document using FM

i want to update stko table ..

iam confused which fm to use..is it bapi_docment_change or csap_mat_bom_maintain??
