BDC - ME22

Hi

I have Problem in BDC of ME22, While Changing Confirmations.

As there is not any position field in Table Control, using which i can determine the Position of row that is to be updated.

For example there are ROWS

Quantity

---

---

i want to change Quantity 83 to 63

How this can be achived.How to reach at the particular field of particular row.

Why not try BAPI <b>BAPI_PO_CHANGE</b>?

Eg:

Are you sure BAPI_PO_CHANGE can be used for Posting Confirmations Alsoi.e ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ASN.

Hi Vijay,

The BAPI does everything that me22 can do.

The field BAPIMEPOITEM-CONF_CTRL may just be useful for you.

But I think the reply just above mine will be simpler to use.

Hi

Retrive value from data base then find out

row no in table control.

Then use variable var = 'table[' couter ']-field].

use in loop and change corresponding value by checking

codition.

There may not be a position button, but there's a field at the bottom (item - RM06E-EBELP) where you can enter an item number. It will then be the first line in the display (after pressing enter).

But that is on first screen

After entering Item Number in That and then after selecting Confirmation for that Item using

Menu->Item->Confirmation->Overview

Then We come to final Table Control,Where i am facing Problem.There is neither Positioning Field nor Input Text Box as on First Screen.

Any FUrther Help on That would be appreciated.

There may be some configuration issues here. In another of our instances I get a display with no item box at the bottom of the first screen. Could you tell us if there is an item box on the first screen of the display (not the confirmation screen).

There is a item field right bottom with screen data as <b>program:SAPMM06E

Screen no: 0120

Field: RM06E-EBELP</b>

Use this to go to that line.When you give the item no. say for your example it is item 20.Give field value as 20 & that line becomes the first line for input.

You can use function module :'ME_CONFIRMATION_UPDATE' to update confirmations.

CALL FUNCTION 'ME_CONFIRMATION_UPDATE'

EXPORTING

I_EBELN = PO_NO

TABLES

XEKES = ZZEKES

YEKES = YYEKES.

CALL FUNCTION 'BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT'

EXPORTING

WAIT = 'W'.

PO confirmations will create in a particular Order .
