I am tired of the transport creation process in my firm using Solman. It has many repetitive steps. Can I create a BDC to automate the process?

BDC is used to upload the lagacy data to SAP server.

It can be used for SAP transaction or Custom transactions

Solman is nothing but Solution Manager. Transport request creation process can be make bdc to avoid repetative steps

But how do i create a BDC in Solution Manager? Typically I did like to create a selection screen and run a BDC behind the scenes to automate the transport process. I dont seem to have authorizations to anything in Solution Manager that I did in R/3 like SE38, SHDB and so on.
