Hi Experts,

We are connecting SAP R3 system with SAP PI system. For RFC connection we have created one user XXYYZZ in PI system .We have created the user XXYYZZ as communication user .

But when SAP is connecting with PI system this user XXYYZZ is using as a batch user and password should not be expired but we can see after some time the password expireing everytime for our user XXYYZZ.

Please advice how to we resolve this problem. So the password will never expire

Thanks in advance .

Hello ,

Please make your user as Communication user if you want to user it for external RFCs also refer below discussion on the SDN for user types.

Thanks
