basis problem

hi

i have a typical problem in the company

i can release a request ,i can forward the request into the production system

and but i cant import the request into the production system.

There appears a clock symbol in the status bar which later halts the sap-system without any futher actions to perform.

please tel me the TP command to send the request manually.

i request to give me a solution to this probelm

u can use STMS to import the request.
