Bar Code Label ?

Hi,

as per the Project requirement in he bar code label,

there is a label which consists of Bar code in the left top corner and in the right side its having some texts like date ,mat number etc.,It was developed with form scape it seems...I find out in all aspects,but there is not smartforms.

Pls suggest how to change the Label, how to find it ..
