i am trying to use bapi_material_savedata. in se37 i am testing the value. i entered the lot size value. but the error message is 'enter the lot size(material planning).

is there any other lotsize to be entered???

waiting for the reply......

Hello Dhivya.

     Have you entered the 'X' value in PLANTDATAX parameter against that corresponding field?

hey i got it now. i gave value for lotsize key . but now the problem is moving price and standard price value is not updating. other than all the records are created successfully.

is there  anything to be done for currency field???

Hi Dhivya,

Please check whether you are passing the valuation area into the structure field VALUATIONDATA-VAL_AREA & VALUATIONDATA-VAL_AREA while calling the BAPI.

Currency is determined from the Company master (T001, field - WAERS) based on the company code maintained in Valuation area master (T001K, field BUKRS).
