It looks like you have provided both plant/storage location and warehouse number to the BAPI.

Plant/storage location is managed in warehouse number 2VX, but you have provided warehouse number 2PX. Hence the error message.

Just provide warehouse 2VX instead of 2PX and it should be fine.

Also take a look the BAPI documentation. It's really comprehensive and provides useful examples of how to call the function
