BAPI BAPI_DELIVERYPROCESSING_EXEC CANNOT return error msgs

When using BAPI BAPI_DELIVERYPROCESSING_EXEC to create outbound delivery, the system can NOT return error msgs during creating. The table RETURN is empty even if there are errors when creating and no delivery numbers. Why?

Do you check if the BAPI_COMMIT get the return message ?
