BAPI ALE message

Dear experts,

we are unable to generate the idoc and inbound and out bound function modules for bapi BAPI_CUSTOMER_HIERARCHIE_INS.

Use transaction BDBG for business object KNA1 and method ADDHIERARCHYNODES.

As per SAP the IDOC and message type generation should happen automatically by the system. We have also tried creating segments manually and generating the interface but still getting error 'Segment does not created'.

Could you please help me to get resolved.

Hi,

Please check whether the segment is released. Edit->IDoc type and segment type->Release.

Hi Nagaraj,

Release will be done once after genarating IDOC and input/output function modules. here we are not able to genarate IDC and function modules.
