I have run the report in background. I have created one spool request name for that . Where can i see the output now.

You can go to your spool requests via transaction SP01 to view the output. Or you can go to SM37 and enter the job name, click execute, then select the job and click Spool icon, then double click on the icon in the step which is displayed..

I am using 3.1 h so may be thatz the reason i couldnt see spool requests there . I did it through 3.1h . Is there any thing like if multiple jobs are scheduled the system gets slower. Can i schedule 10-15 jobs at a time.
