Authorization object

Hi,

How to check for the authorization object S_GUI if it exits for me and how to add it if i don't have one.

I don't have the access to download the list. it's disabled.

Hi Vinni,

Table <b>TOBJ</b> field <b>OBJECT</b> has the object name. I dont think you can add it for urself. Have your basis guys do it for you.

You can use the Tcode SU01D to verify your Authorizations.

Could some explain me in detail. I know that i can check in SU01 but i want to check for a specific authorization object here S_GUI. how do i do this?

I looked in the table but that is not specific to any user. i have to add this authorization object to some one and not for me and i have the authorization to do it but i am an ABAP Consultant and not a basis person though.

Hi Vinni,

You can search for authorisation objects in <b>SE84 -> Other Objects -> Authorization Objects.</b>

Tcode is <b>PFCG</b> where you can assign the authrization objects and TCodes for a profile
