What is the difference btw OOC3 and S_AHR_61011887? When giving authorization via PFCG, and adding name S_AHR_61011887 to T-Code table. I assumed OOC3 authorization would work. However, it does not. Do I have to writhe in exactly OOC3?
my issue is currently solved. By means of SU53 I learned technical details. The OOC3 is run by PVCT core transaction (?), also it is part of the P_TCODE object, T-T1734226000. So, in PFCG, I entered transaction name PVCT under the node of P_TCODE, T-T1734226000.

Every time user starts a transaction authority object S_TCODE is checked against transactions defined in PFCG profile(s) of the user.
You can have multiple transactions starting same program but for user to have access to each one of them all of them should appear in transaction list in PFCG.
Adding S_AHR_61011887 to PFCG profile will allow user get past authority check on object S_TCODE for this tcode, but when same user tries to execute OOC3 it will fail as this is not in transaction list.
In other words, yes, you will have to specify OOC3 explicitly.
