Attachment link button is not appearing on the toolbar, Can anyone know how to Activate that button.

Which toolbar are we talking about?

I am talking about for all transaction, e.g for ME23N there is a TEXT on top below Menubar STANDARD PO No XXXXX.

before that text there is one button thru that we can create attachment list, that button is not appearing for me.

Can you please let me know how can i activate that button.
