attach sapscript to an external email

hi Good day,

i have a requirement where by i need to attach the sap script to an external email.

i can able to convert it to pdf and attach and send mail.

the issue is now, the sap script is configured in SPRO and Print Program is Standard. user wants this form to be attached to an email when ever the PO is Released. (ME22N - Print Priveiw - Form is displayed)

so if this is the case how can i attach form to an email?

Hi,

  If you are using standard driver progam for print of purchase order, then you can use the stad. functionality of sending PO as email  in the output type of PO  like,NEU or ZXXX you have to select the medium as 5 external send, insted of 1, then that PO can be send as email. The prerequisits is that the email ID of vendor should be propley mainatin in the Vendor master XK02.

  It is as per your requirement, if you have functional consultatnt with you You can take there help,  or you can also try for the same.
