Asset Acquisition

Hi all,

In ECC6 Asset Acquisition (S_ALR_87012050) transaction after giving selection data if we select Radio button Group totals it is showing output but if we select Radio button "List assets" the program go into the endless loop.

it is working properly in development server but it is giving problem in Quality server..

Can any one help me in this regard.

Praveen,

This is a SAP standard report and if its going into an endless loop you should really raise an OSS message and get SAP to look at it as it shouldn't/not supposed to go into an endless loop. I think its ok in your DEV system because asset master data is much less than your QA system. Its probably more like a "time-out" issue rather than an endless loop? You might want to check for this in transaction ST22 (short-dump details) before you raise an OSS message. If its a "time-out" issue then you need to restrict your selections or ask your Basis team to extend the "time-out" parameter if its too short.
