Archiving DATA - Transaction SARA

Hello,

I'm using transaction SARA to archive data in a file. But when I create the archive object (ABOJ) I have a question :

When you referense a Developing Write Program , that program is created by yourself or there is a way to create it or there are standard programs?

For example, I want to copy table T001 in a file ( to test the transaction). I have to create a program in ABAP to write the data in a file?

Hello Marc,

If you are creating your own "custom" archive object, then you also have to create your own write, delete and read programs. SAP has provided a sample archive object called EXAMPLE. Take a look at the programs for that archive object to see if that helps.
