Hi Experts,

After upgrading from earlier version to ECC 6.0, will the Archive Info Structure contain the Records or Not?

If we deactivate the Info Structure, Will the records stored in that Info structure is deleted?.

Will the records will automatically stored in the Info structure if we activate it ?.

Thanks in Advance.

Regards

Swarnashree.

Hello Swarnashree,

1. Deactivation of Archive infostructure is only possible after deleting the records in infostructure. Hence deactivated infostructure will not have any records.

2. Once you activate infostructure - You should manually fill the old archive file records into infostructure but for all new archive runs system will automatically fill in your archive infostructure.

Hope this will answer your question.

-Thanks,

Ajay
