Hi,
I am trying to read archive data from table ekbe(already archived) for POs can any one suggested any Function Module..
Note : Version is SAP release 40B

Hi Himanshu Verma,
1. Go to Transaction SARE,
2. Key in the Archive Object - MM_EKKO and press enter.
The Archive Infostructure will be autopopulated.
3. Press F8
4. In the Next Screen, Enter the Purchase Order Number
and Execute.
5. In the next screen, Double click on the entry displayed in
report.
6. In the Pop up Screen, Choose the Technical View
7. In next screen, you will displayed with the list of tables
related to purchase order.
8. Double Click on the table ekbe, entries will be displayed
which is from archive files.

Thanks for the inputs..but that transaction is not in 4OB. I there any FM related to reading of Archive data (PO).

Apologize. I didn't notice the version before replying to you.
Here you go. You need to import the transports attached to the OSS Note 99388 to enable this transaction for version 4.0B.
You need to configure/activate the Archive infostructure using transaction SARJ and reload the indexes from archive files before you can actually retrieve it. Let me know if you need any help in this case.
