Appraisal function modules

Hi,

I need to upload the apprisal data to SAP system,for that i need to use 3 function modules HRHAP_DOCUMENT_GET_DETAIL,

HRHAP_DOCUMENT_MODIFY,

HRHAP_DOCUMENT_STATUS_CHANGE.

Please give me a solution about ,how to use above 3 function modules.
