API setup help

I am tasked with gathering data from a story on SAP Analytics Cloud and uploading it onto an excel file. I'm attempting to setup an API by trying out the web version. I am between the Data Export Service API and the Open Story & Application URL API. I can get the 200 message on the Open Story API but I get an authentication error -

I am using my SAP Analytics Cloud login.

On the Data Export API I am unfamiliar with the token URL, ID, and Secret. I've tried using my login info for ID and Secret but I am not sure that is right and I don't know what the token URL is.

Can someone point me in the right direction as to which API is correct and how to set it up.
