Hi,

After exe the alv we will get a tool bar whats that tool bar and there is an option in it call mail recipient, how to send mail and it is asking for a recipient name.

Need a clear explanation abt it.

Hi Srini,

Give the Receiver type as "Internet Address". Then give any E-Mail Id In the recipient Field.

Then send the Mail. Now your ALV output is sent to the mail address.

recipient name === Mail ID /User ID ---> to whom u want to send this mail.
