Hi,
there are many options with which u can take the data into excel like:
You can use these function modules also:
SAP_CONVERT_TO_XLS_FORMAT
-> MS_EXCEL_OLE_STANDARD_DAT
-> RSPO_DOWNLOAD_SPOOLJOB
RH_START_EXCEL_WITH_DATA
Or on top of the ALV header there are many ways...just try out..
Reward points if useful.

Hi,
In the XL sheet of your system do the following changes to download the data from SAP to XLS directly.
1. Tools -> Macro -> Security
Change the security level to LOW
and in Trusted Publishers check the both the checkboxes.
Thanks,
Srinivas

Hi,
Before executing the program open your excel, do below settings.
Tools>Macro>Security you will get two tabs.
Under security tab choose Low or Medium. And in another tab check both check boxes.
Now execute the Program click on Excel.
