Alignment issue in a report

Hi team,

I have a variable (string) of type character which is left aligned and I want to display it as right aligned in the ALV display.

Please tell me, how to do it.

Its a report programming.

Hi,

Build your fieldcat of require column:

gs_fieldcat-just = 'R'. "right alignment

hi,

you can use the field JUST of the fieldcatalog.

that should solve your problem.
