Hi all,

Case Inbound ale configuration:

If I am using a standard process code, do I have to assign the standard inbound function module to this process code or it links to the function module by default?

thnks

hi,

Hi,

Couple things need to check.

- Please ensure the custom FM is activated (SE37).

- When you create new entry for ALE attribute (BD51), did you specify input type 1 (individual input) and check dialog allowed (if you allowed)?

- When you create new entry in WE57, did you specify for inbound FM?

Perhaps you can use this link to check your inbound processing configuration step by step. In case you missed something.

hi

<b>The standard process code calls the FM automatically.</b>

you can check this by double clicking on the process code you are using in we20 transaction, it will take you to the FM it is calling automatically.

The following links will be helpful to you:
